Using This Booking System

Registering

You must tell the club your email address.

They can then add you to the booking system.

It is then up to you to register and activate your account by creating your own password.

To Register and Activate your account:

  1. Go to the Wazygoose website at secure.wazygoose.com
  2. Click on the Register button.
  3. Enter your email address and create a password and re-type it to confirm.
  4. Check for the email which the system will send to your account.
  5. Click on the link which will return you to the Activate Account page.
  6. Type the password you just created and click Activate.

You are now Registered and you have activated your password.

Logging on

To logon to use the Wazygoose services, you need to be a member of a Wazygoose registered club and have Registered and Activated your account (see above).

To Logon to your account:

  1. Go to the Wazygoose website at secure.wazygoose.com
  2. Enter your email address and password.

You are now logged-on and can add funds to your account, enabling you to book courts.

Topping Up Your Account

On the Account Home tab, you will notice a section on the left called payments.

  1. This section is where you can see all things financial such as:
    1. Top-Up – to top up your account.
    2. Payment History – to see your history.
  2. Click on Top-Up.
  3. Now choose an amount to top up your account with:
  4. Click Pay.
  5. You will then be taken to PayPal for payment.

    Please Note – you do not need a PayPal account to top up.

    By all means use your own PayPal account, it is easier to do so, this is where you would login.

    But you can also use any bank or credit card by checking out as a guest, here…

  6. When you choose to check out as a guest, you will need to complete the following boxes to top up your account.
  7. Check that the payment has gone through by either:
    1. Noticing your balance has changed
    2. Or checking your payment history screen

Booking a Court

To book courts you must have logged-on to the system (see above).

To book a court:

  1. Logon to the booking system (see above).
  2. Click the bookings link at the top of the page.
  3. Using the date picker, select the date you want to book for.
  4. Find the time you want to book, on the court you wish to play on.
  5. Click on the relevant booking button.
  6. Your court is booked. Please note there is no confirmation box….but you will immediately see your name in the court.

Cancelling a Court

To cancel a court booking:

  1. Logon to the booking system (see above).
  2. Your bookings are listed on your Account Home screen:
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel and click the cancel button.

Please note there are cancellation fees on cancelled peak courts with less than 5 days notice. Check the policy for more details.
