Split bookings into peak/off-peak

Configure the ability to book only one peak time per day but multiple off-peak times.

Allow members to book for other members

Enable members to book for other members - e.g. John wants to book a 4-ball tee-off time at 7am for himself and three other players. John can specify each member and they all get notified when John confirms the booking.

Booking categories

Specify different booking categories for Juniors, Adults, Off-peak Only and specify different booking configurations for each one e.g. Adults can book 14 days in advance but Juniors only get 7 days.
